Best staff we've had so far! Very friendly, helpful and communicative! Rooms were clean and good for the price. Only the location is far from the center unfortunately.

I stayed there for a week recently. The hotel is stunning, with 24hr reception and open back garden the service was an absolute class act. Parked my car for a week did not cost me a penny. A short walk of 8 minutes to the nearest underground station (central line) and McDonald, s with big Tesco. Cleanliness and Covid-secure practices in evidence throughout. Mr. Urfan at Reception was a true gent; helped me throughout my stay. All members of staff were exceptional, and they went out of their way to engage with us. the hotel can improve the breakfast a little bit. The Wi-Fi speed was okay for browsing but not the fastest. 5 stars for the room cleanliness, comfy bed, and friendliness of the front desk staff. I will definitely recommend a friend of mine!

Room was clean, as was the hotel in general. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Only real issues were down to myself. I felt like the shower cubicle was too small but then I'm a larger man, and I felt like the space down the sides of the bed was a bit tight but again, larger man. All in all, would stay again. Not too far from public transport, staff are always about if needed, and friendly to boot.

Good budget hotel on the outskirts of London. The staff were really friendly and helpful. You do get what you pay for however; whilst the room was mainly clean and tidy, there were areas of damp and mould growing on the walls, and the room was quite small, but ultimately a bed is a bed, and one could still enjoy a good night's sleep.

I found this place to be nice in many ways. The people I encountered who worked there were very nice. And the room itself was great for the price. I mark this place down because I think the room could’ve been cleaned better. And I think it would arguably bring up the reviews for this hotel quite a bit if they had a manager check the rooms for cleanliness and necessities. I personally keep my bathroom cleaner. There were things like hair on the sink and some grime in areas that are easy to clean. There was crumbs on the desk and chair still. And the carpet seemed a little muggy. Like it could use a proper vacuum. But it was a decent place to rest my head for a night, take a quick shower and continue on my journey. The backyard is quaint and wish I had the time to relax in it for a bit before I had to go.

I put 4 because my bed broke The staff is very kind !! Register quickly and easily bureaucracy !! I would also like the administration to pay attention to the fact that there was a lot of garbage in the courtyard where the car was coming in. It is very ugly and even despite the fact that repairs are being done there when clients come, we should not see this. Moreover, the garbage was not only near the trash can but in the yard

Going to be honest, wasn't sure what to expect, budget hotels in London can be very hit or miss. Got to the Manor House, I was shattered, I walked into a nice reception area, greeted by a very friendly chap, when he heard I was working nights, he offered me a different room, although a bit smaller, it was much cooler, it's been home for the better part of this week. My room was lovely and clean, with crisp white linen, just felt at home immediately. All the staff have been really friendly, can't help enough. My litmus test is, would I bring my wife here? Yes, with out a doubt. In addition, there is a nice lounge out the back, with kitchen facilities alongside.
